Are all of your products natural?
Absolutely! Our skincare products contain no parabens, petroleums, sulfates, phthalates, synthetic fragrance or colours, or peg ingredients.

How are your products made?
Our products are all made by hand in small batches by a Certified Master Herbalist with 25 years of experience creating and blending natural skincare products. Our labels are all applied by hand as well.

Are your skincare products safe for all types of skin?
Yes. Our skincare products are extremely safe to use on all skin types. We always recommend performing a patch test prior to regular use if you are concerned about your skin's reaction.

How should I store your natural products?
We recommend storing our skincare products away from direct sunlight and in cool, dry area. It is safe to store them in the refrigerator if you would like the added cooling effect on your skin when applying.

The oils in one of my products are slightly separating. Is this normal?
Yes, this is normal and occurs now and again with natural products. Simply use a clean utensil and stir the product occasionally.

What is the shelf life expectancy of your skincare products?
Our skincare products should last up to a year if kept in a cool, dry environment. Our formulas are intended to be used within 6 to 12 months.

Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to the continental US & Canada via our immure.co website. For international orders, please contact us.

Where do you ship from?
US orders are shipped from our fulfillment partner in Niagara Falls, New York. Canadian orders are shipped from our fulfillment partner in London, Ontario.

How long will it take my order to ship?
Orders are shipped within 24-48 hrs of payment (excluding weekends and holidays). Please expect an additional 2-7 days shipping time depending on location in US or Canada. Customers will receive a tracking number via email once shipped.

What are your shipping rates?
We charge a $8 flat rate for shipping to the continental US & Canada, and free shipping for orders over $65 (USD).

What shipping carriers do you use?
For US orders we use USPS and UPS. For Canadian orders we use Canada Post.
